Produced in New York City during December 1919 featuring Harry Vrooman trumpet, Lloyd Barber trombone, Paul Biese tenor sax & leader, Arnold Johnson piano, Ralph Williams banjo, and Lou Goldwasser drums.

*"Mystery!" was composed by Joseph A. Cirina and Cliff Hess.

A name largely forgotten today in the early 1920's this band led by reed man Paul Biese was in high demand booked at top Chicago clubs including Marigold Gardens and the Bismarck and Edgewater Beach Hotels. It was during their occasional trips to New York that the band would gain the eager attention of the record labels.
