This side was recorded in New York City on March 31st 1932 by "The Black Diamond Twins" consisting of W E Buddy Burton, and Bob Hudson piano.

This is a later rendition of Blythe and Burton's 1928 recording "Block And Tackle Blues." Jimmy Blythe could not be present for this one, having died suddenly on June 14th 1931 of epidemic meningitis.
