This side was produced in New York City on July 17th 1925 featuring Thomas Morris cornet, Joe Nanton trombone, Sidney Bechet soprano sax, Bob Fuller alto sax, Porter Grainger piano, Sam Speed banjo, and unknown drums.

*"Junk Bucket Blues" was composed by Porter Grainger.

The celebrated jazz piano accompanist was actually born Porter "Granger" in Bowling Green, Kentucky in 1891.

After moving to Chicago he registered for the W.W. I draft changing his name to Grainger and later relocated to New York around 1920.
