The "New Orleans Wanderers" recorded this side at a recording session held in Chicago on July 13th 1926 featuring George Mitchell cornet, Johnny Dodds clarinet, Kid Ory trombone, Lil Hardin Armstrong piano, and Johnny St Cyr banjo.

*"Perdido Street Blues" is credited to Louis Armstrong.

The group was basically the same as "Louis Armstrong's Hot Five" without Armstrong who is
replaced by George Mitchell.

They only recorded four tunes as the "Wanderers" but would record four more under the name
"New Orleans Bootblacks" two on this date and two the following day, July 14th 1926.
