This recording was made in Chicago in July of 1925 with Bob Shoffner cornet, Jimmy O'Bryant clarinet, Jimmy Blythe piano, and Jasper Taylor washboard.

*"Everybody Pile" was composed by Jasper Taylor.

This popular washboard band led by Jimmy O"Bryant was composed of top musicians including Paramount studio horn man Bob Shoffner and the prominent Chicago pianist and session leader Jimmy Blythe. While many Jazz groups of the day were playing instrumental renditions of popular songs, O'Bryant's band was busy in the recording studio producing hit tunes of their own.
