This side was recorded in New York City on August 7th 1925 with Elmer Chambers, Joe Smith, and Louis Armstrong trumpets, Charlie Green trombone, Buster Bailey clarinet, Don Redman clarinet & alto sax, Coleman Hawkins clarinet & tenor sax, Fletcher Henderson piano & director, Charlie Dixon banjo, Bob Escudero tuba, and Kaiser Marshall drums.

*"Alone At Last" was composed by Ted Fiorito and Gus Kahn.

The "Southern Serenaders" was a pseudonym used for "Fletcher Henderson's Orchestra".
