Clarence Williams was among the busiest jazz men of the '20's working as a talent scout and managing a number of artists as well as performing and recording with his Orchestra and various other assemblies. Yet in the midst of it all he still some how managed to find time to compose a wealth of exceptional works both novelty and serious.
