This side was recorded in New York City on November 17th 1921 featuring Oscar Adler violin & director, Lloyd Baker and unknown trumpet, Jim Gilliland trombone, Jimmy Duff clarinet, unknown alto & tenor sax, Preston Sargeant piano, Ray Kitchingman banjo, Jose Torres tuba, and Max Macintosh drums.

*"Georgia Rose" was composed by Harry Rosenthal, with lyrics by Alex Sullivan and Jimmy Flynn.

(The unidentified trumpet, alto, & tenor sax were played by William Borchers, Fred Conard, and Francis Longon, however it is unclear who played what).
