Filmed live at The Fountain Restaurant in Albany, New York on Friday March 9th 2012 featuring Skip Parsons clarinet, soprano sax, & vocals, Richard Downs cornet & flugelhorn, Ken Olsen trombone, Rich Skrika piano, Crick Diefendorf banjo, Bernie Mulleda guitar, and Tim Coakley drums.

Skip Parsons and drummer Tom Brown initially organized their Dixieland band in the Fall of 1955 and began playing in Cohoes, N.Y. at the Van Schoick Tavern after Sunday football. Building popularity the band was subsequently hired to play Friday & Saturday at Dales Restaurant in Albany in January 1957. Banjoist, Carl Lunsford joined the group for a brief stint shortly thereafter during which they were established as the "Riverboat Jazz Band". In 1971 Skip and, Fountain Restaurant owner, John Romano started a home venue for his jazz band that has lasted more than forty-eight years. In 2019 John Romano's widow turned The Fountain Restaurant over to her children leading to it's permanent closure and the end of Skip's long time residency.
