This side was cut in Richmond, Indiana on May 5th 1928 with Hoagy Carmichael piano, cornet, Bud Dant cornet, Chauncey Goodwin clarinet and alto sax, Harold Keating clarinet and alto sax, Eddie Wolfe violin, Arnold Habbe banjo, Jack Drummond bass, and Andy van Sickle drums.

"Carmichael's Collegians" were Hoagy Carmichael's first band, which he led while still attending the University of Indiana.
