Recorded in Camden, New Jersey on August 19th 1920 by Paul Whiteman and his "Ambassador Orchestra".

*"The Japanese Sandman" was composed by Richard A. Whiting, with lyrics by Raymond B. Egan.

It was the first record made by Paul Whiteman's band and sold over two million copies, remaining at number one on the billboard charts for an entire two weeks.
