*"Struttin' With Some Barbecue" was composed by Lil Hardin.

On this historic side produced at the beginning of the Winter of 1927 Louis Armstrong leads his "Hot Five" thorough a song that was destined to become an instant standard, written by his wife Lil Hardin. Far more than a mere pianist this number was just one of more than a dozen red hot originals penned by Lil.
