Feat. Anna Bell

Recorded in Long Island City, New York during September of 1928 featuring Anna Bell vocals, Ed Allen cornet, Arville Harris clarinet, Clarence Williams piano & leader, and Cyrus St. Clair bass brass.

On a summer day in 1928, Anna Bell cut six songs backed by Clarence Williams and his band. That would be her only vital recording session. In January of the next year she recorded a test for Victor under the name of Annie Bell with backing by pianist Saul Vankirk, but the recording was never issued.
