*"Muddy Water" was composed by Peter DeRose, Harry Richman, and Jo Trent.

This side was the first solo recording made by young crooner Bing Crosby. The would be star was only twenty three years old when he sang this number arranged for the Whiteman band by violinist Matty Malneck.
